What do I need to get started?
The Corporate Credibility Network makes forming a Corporation or LLC simple. The easy-to-use online order form enables order completion within 5 minutes.
- Select the appropriate entity type for your business.
- Choose a company name and appropriate name ending.
- Provide the initial contact information for your company.
What happens after my order is placed?
After you've placed your order, one of our knowledgeable corporate compliance and credibility specialists will reach out to you to discuss your needs and complete your transaction. We take the necessary steps to ensure your order is completed quickly and correctly.
When will I receive my company kit and documents?
We begin by performing a preliminary name check with the state. After we've ensured the name is available on a preliminary basis, we utilize the information you provided to complete the formation documents to be filed with the state. We'll immediately send you a copy of the submitted formation documents. If you order prior to 12pm Pacific time, you receive this information the very next business day. Upon acceptance by the state, we ship a copy of the filed documents directly to you.
